Prepares individuals on how to better communicate their strengths, abilities, interests, and needs when interviewing with potential employers or applying to trade schools, colleges, or universities.
Tutoring
Work Experience
Provides individuals the opportunity to develop skills while working in a specific field or occupation.
Could also include volunteer work that is commonly intended for young people as well as older adults — to get a feel for professional working environments. It could also include payment for services.
Work Readiness Training
Helps students with disabilities train for a job, continue their education, or find a job after high school.
Every student will have the opportunity to participate in sponsored career counseling, work readiness training, and fully integrated work experiences in the community.
